The Bottom's Up Philly Steak Burger Our Specialty Burgers are so juicy, we have to serve them Bottom's Up.......To create our award winning burgers we start by using USDA Choice steak and then grind it in house and hand patty our 1/2 pound burger. We cook this burger to your liking, top it with prime Philly meat, and finish it with caramelized peppers & onions, and our spicy beer cheese sauce.
